i love you.

this morning was awesome. its been awhile since i got just you and only you for the whole day. and i started today making a fire for us, and then with a good hearty breakfast of oatmeal and my first ever successful omelettes. you didnt eat the omelette but thats okay. we had fancy milk for you and coffee for mahmee.

and then we even video chatted with Auntie Jessica from California! you were so cute, you call her Auntie Stella : ]

she bought you presents for hanukkah that she is gonna get in the mail to us soon.

then we watched some tv shows and played for a little bit before you went down for a nap.

im still sickly, and coughing a bunch, but luckily im pretty sure that i am not contagious anymore, and im feeling good.

i absolutely love spending time with you.

when you woke up this morning we followed mahmees ten minute rule. we lie in bed for ten minutes so that if youre still tired you can go back to bed if you need.

you cuddled up so sweetly and kissed me lots and lots and then you asked to call daddy.

i love that you love us so much. you want to be around us all the time. you love making us proud. whenever we say "good job julian." you respond "thank you!". you get so proud of yourself and excited to make us proud that it lights me up.
