You are seven. 

perfectly blond hair, the biggest and deepest blue eyes and that lemon drop smile will always be a thing of my dreams. I am so amazed at you lately. You have been doing amazing in school, and you recently received the most incredible report card. You are reading chapter books in a whole day, and you are so creative and kind. 

I love you; I know this year has been tough going from where we were as a family to where we are as a family now. 

You have been wonderful and resilient and so tender to me. I could not be who I am without you. you are quick witted and funny. You love puns more than most people love anything. You are so smart, TAG is going well and you get to explore new concepts every day. You are helpful, and you are getting so eager to help out to earn respect and privileges. You are learning how to be a little brother when you used to be the oldest, but boy, you will always be my firstborn. you are the first child to hear my heartbeat, to kick me from within, to look at me and change me. 

I am so in love with you soul mate. and every day you look more and more like me everyday and i cant help but just beam with pride. 

my biggest fear is that you will never know HOW MUCH i love you.
